Whether you’re struggling to manage anxiety, healing from trauma, adjusting to new motherhood, or simply feeling stuck, we’re here to walk with you—at your pace, in your voice.
Our therapists integrate a range of modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based therapy, and somatic approaches, tailoring care to your unique story. We also honor the importance of faith and spiritual values, and welcome clients from all walks of life, including those seeking Christian-informed therapy.
Centering Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you feel more centered, more whole, and more connected to who you are.
